🎖️ Requirements
- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent
- Must purchase liability insurance through the website to book the RV
🧰 $325 Setup • Delivery • Prep Bundle (Required)
We handle everything so you can relax the moment you arrive. This bundle includes:
- Delivery & full setup of the Saltwater Holler
- Full hookups of water, electric, gas, and sewage completed at check‑in
- Two full propane tanks
- Checkout cleaning fee included — no extra charge
- Dumping sewage tanks done at checkout
- Leveling & stabilizing (the Holler likes her footing just right)
- Fresh water fill (if needed)
- Full system checks (AC/heat, water, electrical, appliances)
- A full safety check before every rental
- Interior prep & cleaning so she’s spotless and ready for you
- This ensures a smooth, safe, and stress‑free experience from start to finish.
🔥 Propane Policy
Your rental begins with two full propane tanks. If you run out during your stay:
- The renter is responsible for refilling the tanks if needed for duration of stay
- Both original tanks must be returned with the RV
- Taylor’s Do It Center on Independence Blvd in Virginia Beach will refill both tanks for roughly $20
- The Holler knows her gear — please return the same tanks provided at check‑in

Luxury Linen Bundle — $125
Save time, stress, and packing space. This bundle includes:
- Fresh, clean linens for every bed, pillows, sheets, and blankets
- 3 kitchen dish towels
- 7 bath towels
- 7 washcloths
- 3 hand towels
- Everything is washed, folded, and ready when you arrive — the Holler loves a tidy home.
Kroger Pickup Service — $60
Skip the grocery run and start relaxing sooner. We will:
- Pick up your Kroger order at the specific location listed only (Holland Rd, Virginia Beach only!)
- Deliver it to the RV
- Put everything away before you arrive
- You pay for the groceries; we handle the rest.
- Please keep orders small and essential — the Holler’s fridge isn’t full‑size, and she prefers a light load.
- Please request your pickup order under the name Holroyd
- And please make sure the order is placed for pick up for 3 hours prior to RV check-in time to ensure timely pickup and delivery to site with delivery and set up of RV.
⏰ Check‑In & Check‑Out RV:
- RV CHECK-IN- 2 hours after campground check‑in
- RV CHECK-OUT- 2 hours before campground check‑out
- This window ensures a safe, smooth transition for breakdown, dumping, cleaning, and pickup
- Prevents late fees for everyone.
- If renters check out late, all campground and RV late fees are the renter’s responsibility.

🚫 Expectations of The Saltwater Holler (Short, Sweet & Crystal Clear)
- No pets
- No smoking or vaping
- No parties
- No climbing or standing on the roof
- No adjusting stabilizers or hitch equipment
- No moving or towing the RV
- Do not press buttons to move the slide- this can cause severe damage to the entire RV
- No overloading outlets or using space heaters
- Do NOT touch any control panel buttons — the thermostat only, is free range!
- No wipes, paper towels, or feminine products down the toilet — the Holler will thank you! (Any signs of clogs upon checkout will be charged the cost of an emergency unclogging of the pipes and tanks- the Saltwater Holler will be sad she’s backed up and your wallet will feel empty after emergency plumbing fees, so let’s all be happy on our trip and avoid any mishaps with plumbing.
- No grease, food, or coffee grounds down the sinks — she won’t be happy
🌬️ Awning Safety (Very Important)
- If wind or storms are in the forecast during your stay, please fully retract the awning.
- Awning damage can cost thousands
- Any awning damage = loss of full security deposit with additional violation fees to replace awning cost -Nobody wants to buy an awning they don’t own!
Cleanliness & Care
- No sand inside (rinse off first please!)
- No removing items or supplies
💵 Security Deposit & Violation Fees
- A $750 security deposit is required for booking and is fully refundable if no damages are found at checkout.
- We reserve the right to: Retain the full deposit for any new damages
- Charge additional violation fees per incident in addition to not refunding the deposit depending on damage severity
- The Saltwater Holler is tough — but she expects respect.
